Air India flight going from New Delhi to Dehradun could not land in Dehradun due to bad weather and had to return to Delhi. The aircraft made several rounds in the air sector of Dehradun but the decision was taken due to lack of weather favorable. The incident also affected other flights and three other aircraft were diverted towards Chandigarh.

Passengers going from New Delhi to Dehradun due to Air India flight faced a peculiar situation when the aircraft could not be landing even after several rounds in the sky of Dehradun. The pilot later decided to return the aircraft to New Delhi. There is no technical reason behind the non -landing, but the weather of Dehradun became the weather.
The case is on Thursday. Air India flight number AI 2418 flew to Dehradun at 2:33 minutes on Thursday about a quarter of a day. The aircraft entered the air area of Dehradun, completing the fixed distance in the prescribed time. But the weather there was not right.
The pilot made several rounds in the air sector of Dehradun, but decided to take the aircraft back to New Delhi if a favorable situation for landing was not found. The aircraft made landing at IGI Airport after a journey of about an hour. Later, passengers were sent to Dehradun after the weather was correct.
Other flights are also affected
The effect of the correct weather in Dehradun was not only affected by the flight of Air India. Three other flights from Dehradun were diverted instead of landing. These included flights to Ahmedabad, New Delhi and Mumbai. However, these three flights were diverted Chandigarh instead of New Delhi.
