The Narendra Modi government has nominated four members for the Rajya Sabha. These include Meenakshi Jain, C. Sadanandan Master, Ujjwal Devrao Nikam and Harshvardhan Shringla. All these four people nominated for the Rajya Sabha come from different regions and directions. Meenakshi Jain, the countries of Delhi, come from the north. The home town of Harshvardhan Shrigala is in Darjeeling (East). Ujjwal Devrao Nikam hails from Mumbai (West) and C. Sadanandan is a resident of Master Kerala (South).
The Modi government is trying to further strengthen its ideology in the country instead of elections in its third term or in the House in its third term. By nominating these people, the government has given a clear indication that it wants to promote its ideology in areas like education, culture, foreign policy. Bright Nikam

The honor of being nominated for the Rajya Sabha has been received for his long and excellent legal career. Ujjwal was a special government prosecutor of the 26/11 attack. He played an important role in punishing the accused in cases of terrorism and major crimes.
Harshvardhan Shringla
Harsh Vardhan, who was a 1984 batch IFS officer, has served as Foreign Secretary. India’s Ambassador to America, High Commissioner in Bangladesh and India’s Ambassador to Thailand. In 2023, his role as the chief coordinator of India’s G20 was also praised by PM Modi. Let me tell you that Harshavardhana also emerged as a popular option as a local candidate from Darjeeling in the Lok Sabha elections, but the voices of protest had emerged about his candidature. The BJP’s political equation cannot be forbidden behind the appointment of Harshvardhan.
C. Sadanandan Master
C. Sadanandan Master nominated for the Rajya Sabha hails from Kerala (South). He is a senior social worker. At the same time, they have been fighting a fight against the Left for a long time. At the same time, he has faced a lot of harassment by political parties. He is quite popular for social work in Kerala. Along with the social sector, he can prove to be important for the BJP in the Kerala assembly elections.
Meenakshi Jain
The books of Meenakshi Jain coming from Delhi carry forward the Hindu ideology. Books like ‘Sati’, ‘Ram and Ayodhya’, and ‘Flight of DETs’ are quite famous. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2020. She is known for research on Indian history and traditions.
Congratulating Sadanandan Master, Prime Minister Modi wrote on social media, ‘Violence and threats could not be encouraged to have his spirits towards national development. His efforts as a teacher and social worker are also commendable.
The Modi government is clear that the Rajya Sabha is clear that the Rajya Sabha is not just for the loser or old leaders. The appointment of these members by the Narendra Modi government means how it sees and wants to run.
