Hyderabad, July 16 (Namaste Telangana): Southwest monsoon has become active in the state. The Hyderabad Meteorological Department estimates that heavy rains are likely to occur for three days. The monsoon drone has been revealed on Wednesday to the northeastern Bay of Bengal over Rajasthan’s neighborhood. It has been announced that it will have lighter to moderate rains till the 22nd of this month.
On Wednesday, the joint Adilabad, Warangal, Khammam, Nallagonda, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar and Hyderabad districts were reported to have been raining. Heavy rains are expected in the joint Nallagonda and Mahabubnagar districts on Thursday. In the last 24 pm, light rains were reported in Medak, Kamareddy, Mahabubnagar and Narayanpet districts. The highest rainfall was reported in the Medak district of 2.85 cm.
