The charges listed in FIR No. 474/2024 include criminal conspiracy (IPC 120-B), cheating (IPC 420), and violations under Sections 72, 72A, and 85 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Bombay High Court schedules hearing on April 15

Following the submission of evidence by Santosh Torane, Judicial Magistrate First Class directed the Akluj police to investigate the case on August 28, 2024, under Section 156(2) of CrPC. Krafton India has since filed two writ petitions in the Bombay High Court, seeking to stop the investigation.
