A heartwarming video of primary school children having a ramp walk session in their classroom has gone viral on social media. Tengsmart M Sangma, a teacher at St Dominic Savio Higher Secondary School in Garobadha, Meghalaya, posted the cute clip on Instagram, which shows his students’ confidence and creativity.
In the video, the students walk down the “runway” – formed between the rows of desks – with their own personal style and personality. Their goofy steps and smiling faces put smiles on the faces of all who viewed it.The classroom, which is usually a study and book zone, was converted into a mini-stage where joy and self-expression became center stage.
The video clip has generated envy from social media users, who couldn’t help but reminisce about their school days. They were all touched by the liberty of expression of the students and the ingenuity of the teacher to bring humor to class. Sangma happily told that seeing his students speak so freely as they did made him proud, and it is clear that this will be a cherished memory by the students and teacher alike for many years to come.
