Along with this, there is a possibility of blowing winds with speed of 40-60 km/h. Very heavy rains in Assam and Meghalaya on 26-27 April and heavy rains in Arunachal are also expected. Heavy rains have been warned in Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura on 28-29 April.
