The Apple iPhone 17 series is expected to make a debut in a month and a half. And most of the hopes are from the Pro lineup of the series – Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Both smartphones are all set to go through multiple changes and modifications as compared to their predecessor. Furthermore, rumours have it that the Pro Max variant will be available at a higher price point in the Indian market because of multiple external factors.

According to analyst Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, the Apple iPhone 17 Series, consisting of Apple iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, will make its debut in the market between September 8 and September 10, 2025. The Pro variant will be priced in India for Rs 1,45,990, $1199 in the US, and for around AED 4403 in Dubai. On the other hand, the iPhone 17 Pro Max could launch in India for Rs 1,64,990, for $1,499 in the US, and for AED 5299 in Dubai.

The Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will have a similar design statement, which will be pretty different from their predecessors. Both models are expected to get a rectangular camera island consisting of three sensors placed on the left. Apart from that, the Apple logo will be moved a bit as well. As for the colours, both devices will ship in most probably five different colours – White, Black, Dark Blue, Orange, and Grey.

The Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will most probably sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary shooter, a 48MP ultra wide angle shooter, and a 48MP periscope telephoto shooter. Furthermore, for selfies and video calls, the devices are expected to house a 24MP front snapper.
We may get to see a ProMotion OLED display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate in both devices. They will be powered by an Apple A19 Pro chipset paired with an upgraded 12GB RAM, along with 256GB internal storage for starters. The devices are rumoured to get a better battery than their predecessors as well.
