Bhaskar News | Under the chairmanship of Arwal District Officer Kumar Gaurav, a meeting was held on Monday through video conferencing regarding the Revenue Maha Abhiyan. The main objective of the meeting was to make a quick resolution of land disputes, improve the name, area, remove the name, and ensure quick settlement of applications related to the responsible and settlement nomination. In the meeting, the District Magistrate gave clear instructions that transparency and readiness should be brought in revenue works. He said that the nomination cases in which objections have been received should be settled on priority basis so that the common man does not have to face unnecessary trouble. He also said that the early execution of pending cases would be the top priority of the revenue administration. It was decided in the meeting that a three -tier party will be formed and all types of nomination applications related to food, agriculture, cooperatives, revenue, registers, registration and settlement will be jointly resolved. The District Magistrate directed the officials to take quick relief to the public by taking rapid action on these applications. The DM said that under the Revenue Maha-Rabhia, the third phase of approved activities will be conducted from September 21 to October 25, 2025. It will be mandatory to settle all the applications received in this period on time. He instructed the officials not to keep any application pending during this period. The District Magistrate said that after giving a copy of the Jamabandi form, a Jamabandi based on the name of responsibilities should be prepared. Also, joint Jamabandi should be recorded as separate Jamabandi in the name of stakeholders based on mutual consent or refixation and court order. He said in a warning tone to the officials that no negligence will be tolerated in Jamabandi. Under this great convention, it has been decided to set up a special camp in the entire district. Through these camps, people will be resolved online to settle land disputes.
