Ahmedabad: The first match of the two -Test series between India and the West Indies has begun today at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad at Ahmedabad. West Indies won the toss and decided to bat first, with Indian captain Shubhman Gill lost the toss for the sixth time.
After the toss, captain Shubhman Gill said that India will land three spinners, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar and Kuldeep Yadav. Pace-Balling All-rounder Nitish Reddy has also been placed in Playing XI
