From May 24th to 29th: The Ministry of Education and Education organizes the registration for admission to the 1st and 6th grade at schools with special programs, including:

From May 30th to June 4th: The Ministry of Education and Education checks and announces the enrollment results of schools with special programs. Synchronize the data with the city’s primary school registration page at the same time.
From June 5th to June 8th: The school organizes a special program for accepting applications and supports the parents in the online confirmation on the city’s admission page.

Two admission subjects
This year, Ho Chi Minh City has determined that there are two groups of candidates for admission to classes 1 and 6. In detail as follows:
Topic 1: Priority approval in the following cases:
The following applies to the 1st class: The students have a “current place of residence” in the catchment area and are at a prescribed age.
The following applies to the 6th grade: The students have a “current place of residence” in the area, have completed the primary school and are at the prescribed age.
Subject 2: Students who want to study outside of their actual place of residence.
The priority for admission according to the order of the individual cases of each region can be taken into account, such as:
Students who have completed the preschool or primary school in the area; Students whose father or mother works in the region (industrial parks, agencies, organizations in the region); Students whose “current residence” is located in the border areas between districts, cities and the city of Thu Duc; Students change the province; Students with special local conditions.
According to the Ministry of Education and Education of Ho Chi Minh City, the regulation of two subjects for admission to elementary school should be picked up to the parents and bring their children easier.
