The much anticipated iPhone 17 series is inching closer to its launch with each passing day. Reports by Bloomberg have suggested that the launch event will be held around September 8-9, 2025. We will get to see four phones this time – iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The Pro lineup from the series is grabbing a lot of eyeballs due to the rumours surrounding it. Moving forward, let’s have a look at the leaked details of the upcoming phones.
iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro Price In India, Dubai, And USA
The iPhone 17 Pro Max will reach the Indian shores at a starting price of Rs 1,64,990. It will be up for AED 7074 in Dubai and for $2300 in the US market. As for the iPhone 17 Pro, it will be launched in India for Rs 1,45,000. The device will make a debut in Dubai for AED 4403, and in US for $1,199.
The devices are launching at a pretty high price point as compared to their predecessors. And the main reason behind the same is import duties and GST. For those who are unaware, the customs duty and cess make up to 22% of the cost, with an additional 18% GST or Goods and Service Tax in India. Furthermore, the tariffs imposed between nations also play a major role in price hikes.

There are multiple rumours around the devices that almost confirm all that we are going to see, and some of the things are pretty obvious. The iPhone 17 Pro lineup will ship with Apple A19 Pro chipset along with 12GB RAM, which is an upgrade over the A18 Pro processor and 8GB RAM in the predecessors. Apple is also going to possibly offer a vapour chamber cooling system in the phones.
They will run on the recently introduced iOS 26 operating system and an improved version of Siri. As for the camera, we may get to see a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary lens, 48MP periscope telephoto lens(replacing the old 12MP one), and a 48MP ultra wide-angle lens. With a camera upgrade, we can expect the phones to capture some of the best shots and videos.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max will include a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR ProMotion display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will pack a 4685mAh battery with better optimisation. Similarly, the iPhone 17 Pro will get a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR ProMotion display with 120Hz refresh rate. High chances are that Pro will get a slightle less powerful battery than the Pro Max variant. Rumours have it that the both the phones will also support 35W charging and around 50W MagSafe wireless charging.
