Rural Women’s Self -Employment Foundation, Ajmer has taken a commendable initiative to make girls and women self -reliant. A 30 -day women’s skill training center was launched on Wednesday at a beauty parlor located in the main market under the Skill India Mission. The program was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of the institution, Irfan Chhipa and Dinesh Kumar. Social workers, trainers and local girls were present on the occasion.
Pooja Lakhera, the director of the beauty parlor has been appointed as the trainer of the training center, who will teach the girls related skills in the coming days. On the day of the beginning, the beauty kit material required for practical class was also distributed to all the trainee girls. After getting the beauty kit, the faces of the girls were seen to be confident and joy. Irfan Chhipa, the officer of the institution, said that the purpose of this training is to give women new employment opportunities, so that they can become self -sufficient. He also informed about the women empowerment schemes of the Central and State Government.
