The couple of MP High Court Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vinay Saraf have summoned the reply by issuing other notices including actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, besides actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, in the challenge of the song ‘Bhai Valik Hai …’, in the challenge. For this, time has been given till 17 September. The release date of the film is 19 September. State Government, Principal Secretary Home Department, Secretary Information and Broadcasting, Government of India New Delhi and Central Board of Film Certification have also been made party in the matter.
This PIL has been filed on behalf of Advocate Pranjal Tiwari, resident of South Civil Line Govind Bhawan Jabalpur. On behalf of which advocates Pramod Singh Tomar and Arju Ali are advocating. Those who told that the main point of objection in the said film is the lyrics of singing, through which an unruly attempt has been made to discredit the Nobel Profession like Advocacy. It was told that the lyrics of the song are strong in the veins, every lock is the key, the setting of the lagna is kept, the boss is also agreed, the car is shot, the caries are shot, the drugs went to the drug, the package deal of every case is the deal, do not worry, your brother is a lawyer, Kabira is the most happy lawyer, the most happy lawyer, if you win, then you have lost, it is unfair. The petitioner is a brother -in -law, in the song, actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi have also depicted the dancing by wearing a neckband of advocacy. He argues that during the case of the case in the High Court and the Supreme Court, lawyers put up bands and wear gowns. It is clear from this that the uniform of advocacy has its own importance, which should not be humiliated in the name of entertainment. The film depicts the judiciary and advocacy profession in its own way. This has hurt the dignity of the entire law and judge.
Equal petition has been canceled from Allahabad High Court
During the last hearing of the case, the lawyer present on behalf of the state informed the court that a brother is a brother from Allahabad High Court, a similar writ petition seeking action against the song has been canceled. The Allahabad High Court also rejected the prayer to stop the release of the film on this basis. The petition alleged that the judiciary and the legal profession were allegedly defaming through the song.
Instructions were given to make the producer-director a party
Taking the above information on record, the High Court questioned how an order can be passed in the absence of mention of producer-direction in the PIL presented. Therefore, the producer-director should be made the necessary party in the PIL. The PIL stated that the songs are shown dancing to actors playing the role of lawyers in the film in such a way that insults and ridiculed the legal fraternity wearing a neckband symbol of dignity, responsibility and serious duty in the legal profession.
Song lyrics
According to the petition, the illustration is not only derogatory, but also violates the principles prescribed under Section-Five (B) of the Cinematograph Act, 1952. The PIL further claimed that the song has objectionable, obscene and derogatory lyrics, which not only hurts the feelings of the general public-wonders, but the vulgarity will have a negative impact on the youth.
