Indian Oil Q4 Dividend: State-owned oil refinery firm, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, announced a final dividend along with its January to March quarter results on Wednesday, April 30. The company announced an interim dividend of 3 per equity share with a face value of 10 apiece.

“Board has recommended a final dividend of 30% for the year 2024-25 i.e. 3.00 per equity share of face value of 10/- each on the paid-up share capital, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company,” the public sector company said in a BSE filing today.

According to the filing, the company will decide the “Record Date” of the dividend issue at a later date. The dividend will be issued withing a 30 day period from the date of declaration of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

“The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM. The record date for payment of final dividend would be fixed and intimated in due course,” said Indian Oil in the exchange filing.

IOC Q4 Results

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) witnessed a 152 per cent rise in net profit to 7,264.85 crore in the fourth quarter results in the financial year ended 2024-25, compared to 2,873.53 crore in the previous quarter, according to Mint’s earlier report.

The company’s revenue from operations remained flat at 1.95 lakh crore in the January to March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal, compared to 1.94 lakh crore in the previous quarter.

Indian Oil Share Price

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) shares closed 1.66 per cent higher at 137.90 in Wednesday’s stock market session, compared to 135.75 in the previous stock market session.

IOC shares hit their 52-week high level at 185.95 on July 30, 2024, while the 52-week low level was at 185.95 on March 3, 2025, according to the data collected from the BSE website.

Indian Oil shares have generated more than 145 per cent returns on their investment in the last five years. However, IOC stock has dropped 18.38 per cent in the last one-year period. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the shares rose 0.62 per cent in 2025.
