In fact, since 2017, there was a mandatory for employment registration in third-fourth class recruitment. Similarly, this condition was also applicable in the recruitment of Group-2 and Sub Group-3 recently, but this time the rules of police recruitment have not been described as necessary employment registration. Employees Selection Board informed that these rules have been implemented on the basis of instructions received from the police headquarters. Because within 24 hours of the release of the notification, about 1.50 lakh candidates have downloaded the rulebook, it is expected that this time more than 10 lakh applications will be received. Last year, in 2023, 9.68 lakh applications were received for this recruitment.
According to the High Court order in the recruitment of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, candidates of other states are exempted from employment registration, however, registration is not mandatory for the original residents of Madhya Pradesh at the time of application, but it is necessary to submit the registration certificate during the interview. External candidates can also get online employment registration in any district of Madhya Pradesh, in which there is no document verification. This time a total of 6,800 posts will be for district force and 700 posts for special armed forces. At the same time, vacancies for trade constable posts like barber, washer, cobbler, cook, water career, viggular, tent Khalasi and driver have not come out this time. The last recruitment of these posts was done in 2017.

10 lakh applications
It is estimated that this time, about 133 candidates will have to compete on one post on the arrival of 10 lakh applications, this number was 136 in the previous recruitment. However, increasing the participation of candidates from outside states may increase pressure on local youth. Living employment registration means regular renewed registration in the employment office, if there was no renewal, the candidate was considered unqualified for recruitment. This rule was applicable from 2017 so that the jobs of Madhya Pradesh remain limited to local youth.
Apart from this, there is a problem that 2,380 posts are reserved for women in 2025, which is 35 percent of the total posts, but there will be no separate cut-off for women in the written examination, which means that women will be able to take advantage only when they score as much as male candidates. In the recruitment of 2023, 2.5 lakh women candidates took the exam, but in the final selection, the percentage of women was less than 11 percent, that is, if adequate women do not qualify, the reserve posts will be filled with general category.
