Bihar Election: Regarding the Bihar Assembly elections, Grand Alliance’s CM candidate and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has made a series of election promises. Calling a press conference on Sunday, Tejashwi Yadav said that if his government is formed, pension will be given to the former public representatives of Panchayati Raj and the income of the dealers of the public distribution system will increase. Along with honorarium, the amount of margin money (commission) per quintal will also be increased.
Tejashwi Yadav said that we did not cause any harm to anyone. Instead of Nitish Kumar’s 20 years, give Tejashwi 20 months. We will work to make Bihar number 1. He said that if our government is formed –
1. The honorarium and allowance of three-tier Panchayat representatives will be doubled and pension will be started to former Panchayat representatives. This system is already in force in many states.
2. Panchayat representatives will be insured for Rs 50 lakh. The powers of Gram Kachari will be increased.
3. Honorarium will be given to PDS dealers and the amount of commission per quintal will also be increased.
5. The age limit of 58 years will be abolished at the mercy of PDS dealers.
5. An interest-free loan of Rs 5 lakh will be given to blacksmiths, potters, carpenters and barbers, which will have to be repaid in five years.
Attacking Nitish Kumar, Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, the RJD leader said that the present government is not doing any work. Just as water rots if it remains stagnant at one place, the same is the condition of this government. The people of Bihar have understood the move, character and face of BJP. The people of Bihar want to change this corrupt government.
In the press conference, Tejashwi Yadav said that BJP will not set up any factory in Bihar because Amit Shah has announced it. When PM Narendra Modi also comes to Bihar, he returns after making statements. They set up factories in Gujarat and come to Bihar to ask for votes.
Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav had promised to provide government job to every household. It will be started by bringing an ordinance within twenty days of the formation of the government. He has made big announcements regarding restoration of electricity, health, education and other civic facilities.
