He has also advised Raghav that leadership is not learned abroad, it is learned by staying among people at the ground level. Referring to himself, OP Singh also told how he landed in politics. He expressed displeasure over his going abroad, giving Raghav tips to make the public ties.
Actually, AAP MP Raghav Chadha has been selected by the reputed Harvard Kennedy School of America for its Global Leadership Program. Raghav Chadha will during this period of intensive study and discussion on issues like public policy, global leadership. On this, OP Singh posted on the social media platform X and wrote that it has been learned that Raghav Chadha is going abroad once again to read the leadership program. But the best way to learn leadership (leadership) is not a foreign university, but the land where your party stands. We also entered politics from college days. Struggled at the ground level, faced difficult realities, understood the aspirations of the public and stand with his leadership and party in every situation – in the government or in the opposition. This dedication and penance made us a strong leader.
He wrote that but today all this is becoming less. Today’s young leaders are getting away from ground politics, are escaping from struggle and are choosing a convenient path like Rajya Sabha at a young age. My clear messages from the younger generation are – stand firmly with your leadership, stay connected with the ground and do not take Rajya Sabha at an early age, otherwise your relationship with the public will be broken. True leadership is made among the people, not just by studying abroad.
